Little Roar of Courage: November 2025
November is the month that we celebrate COURAGE in our Pillars character development program. COURAGE is the ability to move forward even when you feel challenged or fear that you might not succeed. It involves a conscious choice to act despite feeling fearful. This can include being honest with yourself, apologizing to someone, or asking for help. It is the strength to stand up for what you believe, pursue your goals, and express your true thoughts. Learning to be courageous opens you up to new experiences, helps you pursue your values, and develops a strong sense of purpose and life satisfaction. This is a character trait we want all of our students to achieve.
“COURAGE doesn’t always roar, sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow”
