Champion Persistence
February 2026 | Pillar of the Month: Persistence
This month, Champion Schools is proud to highlight our Pillar of the Month: Persistence. Persistence is the determination to keep going—even when learning feels challenging, progress feels slow, or success takes time. It’s the ability to stay focused, work through obstacles, and refuse to give up.
Across our campuses, persistence shows up every day. We see it in students who keep practicing a skill until it clicks, in staff who continually refine their craft to better serve learners, and in families who partner with the school to support student growth. These consistent efforts, even in difficult moments, lead to meaningful achievement.
Teaching persistence helps students develop confidence, resilience, and a growth mindset. When students learn that effort and perseverance lead to progress, they gain the tools needed to face challenges both inside and outside the classroom.
As we move through February, we encourage our Champion community to celebrate persistence in all its forms—big and small. Every step forward matters, and every challenge overcome strengthens our path toward success.
“Persistence is the quiet strength that turns effort into achievement.”
Thank you for your continued commitment to the Champion Way and for inspiring our students to keep striving, growing, and believing in themselves.
